Refunds
What happens if it turns out not to be for you. Last changed 30 September 2026.
Try it before you pay
Every device runs the whole app for thirty days without a key and without a card. That month is the refund policy doing its work in advance: it is long enough to find out whether the app gets along with your service, on your devices, with your connection. Please use it.
Fourteen days
If you buy a key and change your mind, write within fourteen days of the purchase and the money goes back in full. No reason has to be given.
The key is void once the refund is made, and the time it added comes off your Amber account; each device goes back to whatever was left of its own trial.
After fourteen days
A key that has been used for longer than that is not refunded as a matter of course. If the app has stopped working through something at our end and it cannot be put right, write anyway — that is a different conversation and it is settled fairly.
What is not refunded
A subscription bought from a service you watch through is not ours and cannot be refunded by us. Amber Player is a media player; the subscription is a separate purchase from a separate company.
Channels that stop working, disappear from your list or arrive broken are your service's doing, not a fault in the player.
How to ask
Write to support@amberplayer.com from the address the purchase was made with, and say which key it concerns. Refunds are answered within a few days and paid back the way they were paid in.
